Pricelist, accommodation conditions
Prices of accommodation for the season 2021
- Monday - Thursday, Sunday: CZK 1 500 / apartment / night
- Friday - Saturday: CZK 1 700 / apartment / night
Minimum length of accommodation is 2 nights. In case of use and wellness it is possible 1 night for CZK 2 000 / apartment. Price of acomodation DOES NOT incuide price of wellness. See price list of wellness.
Individual prices can be agreed in case of longer stays.
The price of accommodation includes:
- Reserved parking in own parking place right in front of the house included in the price
- The price further includes detergents and cleaning products if needed
- WiFi is provided free of charge as a matter of course
- A cycle storage rack is at guests’ disposal in front of the studio windows in the locked garden.
Accommodation conditions
- pets are not allowed
- the entire area of the studio and multifunctional house is strictly non-smoking
- the minimum length of accommodation is 2 nights (except for special cases)
- on the day of start of the stay, check-in by 14:00 hours (2 p.m.), check out by 10:00 hours (10 a.m.) (unless agreed otherwise on a case-by-case basis)
- not suitable for infants (under 2 years of age)
- parties or social events are not allowed
- towels, bath towels, bedlinen are available and included in the price of accommodation
All prices are quoted in CZK and inclusive of VAT.
